This is a European stem toy made in the Netherlands by Dieters in original plastic box and are Near Mint/ mint (really neat). These may be about 10-12 years old, so the balloon may be dry, but use standard balloons. Note, Most of the cars are green, but colors will vary, otherwise as pictured. This is very nice and is new old stock (NOS) from the mid to late 2000s. This is very similar to the type of plastic toy that were found in dime stores or your local 5 & 10, back in the 50’s and 60’s. Very neat, manufacturer recommends ages 8+, but this is being sold as a collectors toy, as safety standards have changed, and being sold as an adult collectors item and not for children as they are plastic and can be broken, and if chewed could cause harm and item could cause injury and small parts are potential choking hazards.
