I do my best to inspect each item before I add them to my inventory and reject any item that has noticeable pet fur or any foul odors including cigarette smoke. We do have cats in our home and they are never allowed in our shop room. Toys and games have been tested and checked for missing pieces; any issues will be noted in the description. Toys will be listed as used (even if in original packaging) unless I purchased new from a retail store (not including thrift stores). Used toys may have scruffs and marks from play, and or small areas of missing or rubbed paint. Any serious defects we will do our best to note in the description.Please Note*Plush toys and dolls may smell of fabric freshener, fabric softener, scented beads or other fragrances. I do run a scented oil defuser in my shop. Please keep this in mind if you are sensitive to fragrances. *For my listings of ty plush, IF, the hang tag is attached it is not in mint condition. It may have creasing, writing, stickers (or sticker residue) and or wear. The sewn in tag may also be faded. If this is an issue please feel free to ask for additional information.* For my listings of Ty Beanie Boos, the eyes may have scuffs and marks from play.* For plush toys where the placement of the pattern and colors are not consistent, if I have more than one of the plush available the patterns or color placement may vary.* For plush toys the sewn in tag will be attached unless otherwise noted although it may be faded or have slight frayed edges. The plush may have loose strings that may need to be snipped. I am in the process of updating the listing to include if the plush contain bean pellets (most do). If bean pellets are an issue and it is not noted in the listing, please double check before purchasing.* For Build a Bear Workshop plush the sewn in tag will be attached unless noted in the description. The plush may have sound boxes sewn inside (working or with drained batteries). The amount of stuffing in each plush may vary. * For my kids meal toys, the plastic may be crinkled . Bags will be factory sealed unless otherwise noted. With you pick style listings, the Happy Meal Box shown in the gallery photo is not included.* Please note for my dolls there may be scuffs, missing paint and marks from play. The doll’s hair may need styling and a good brushing. The hair may also contain scented products like hairspray, gel or detangler. Some strands of hair my be cut. I will note in the listing if I suspect or notice it has been cut.* Dress Forms and Stands are NOT included unless stated otherwise in the listing description.* Please keep in mind that, unless noted, these plush toys are not intended for pets. Hard eyes, buttons, stuffing and bean pellets pose danger to your fur babies. If you are purchasing any of our plush for your pet, please check it over carefully. Most plush toys do have some bean pellets inside. I try to note when the plush is majority bean pellets, but they do sometimes get past me.* For electronic items most of them will be shipped without batteries. Sometimes in shipment batteries will explode or leak especially during extreme temperatures. In order to assure your items arrives safely, we do not include batteries in most cases.* Ceramics will have noticed flaws listed in the description. I will package will care in a sturdy box.* Books may have previous owner’s name written on the inside cover. Books may have dog eared pages and some highlighting.
