The idea is to put together 27 wooden cubes painted in different colours according to sequences ranging from simple to complicated, gradually getting more difficult as you go along. First of all forms need lining up according to simple patterns, and colour sequeces need completing. Then sequences of forms and colours need combining. Finally whole patterns need to be continued with the coloured cubes.The pattern booklet finishes with memory-power exercises, and these too begin with easy ones and gradually progress to the more difficult ones.
